ATI All in Wonder 7500 capture formats and Roxio DVD Creator

I'm having a terrible time finding one that works.

When I add an mpeg captured with the ATI Multi-Media Center 7,5, 8.x or 9,
it always reports that it can't add the file.

If I save in AVI, it works fine, but at good resolution the file sizes are
astounding--and I can only save 60 minutes of video on my 120GB HDD (with
some other data).

Has anyone found a file format that ATI MM center creates doesn't eat hard
disk space for lunch, but works with Roxio DVD Creator 6?

Thanks....

Dave

If you're using XP or 2000, you need to convert the drive to NTFS format to
avoid the 4gb file size limitation in FAT32. Uncompressed AVI format takes
up approximately 12gb per hour. Uncompressed AVI will give the best
resolution available. You might want to think about adding an extra hard
drive if you are going to do a fair amount of video editing.
