ATI AIW install on HP Pavillion 540N (Ausus MB,Sis 650 chipset

Having a problem getting my computer to see this card when
I install it. Can't find support for MB (Ausus P4S-LA) A
HP Pavillion 540N Box running XP Home,1.6 Mhz,40 Gig HD
and 1 Gig of Memory. Any help woukd be greatly
appreaciated! Thanks!
