ATI AIW 9700Pro or 9800Pro ?

What Video editing Software come with ATI All-in-Wonder 9700Pro ?

I know All-in-Wonder 9800Pro come with "Pinnacle Studio 8" (ATI Version),
Is this the same as the retail version of Pinnacle Studio 8 ?

Should I just go for All-in-Wonder 9800Pro and take the
Pinnacle Studio 8 (ATI Version) or just get All-in-Wonder 9700Pro
and go buy a retail version of Pinnacle Studio 8 ?

Any one can shed some light on this ?

I just returned the AIW 9700Pro due to a defect (diagonal lines with
TV reception almost like RF interference but turned out to be a known
defect kept hush hush) and Studio 8 came with it. You can look at what
comes with the card on the ATI web site.
