ATI 9800XT OEM or RETAIL

Most online vendors (mwave for example) offer the ATI 9800XT in
retail box or OEM (which is like $40 cheaper). Is there a real reason
to get the retail version since they are both ATI?

You won't get the coupon for the game. Forgot the name but I think it's
Half Life 2. *And* I don't think you'll get the ATI warrantee.

Wow no ATI warranty even though its a ATI card.... that sux!! Retail
here i come i guess.

Hold on there SLB. I said I don't *think* there's an ATI warrantee. Please
check it out before you go for the retail version. I'm basing that
assumption on my observation many/most OEM products do not carry the
manufacturer's warrantee (e.g. Intel CPU's). At 1000 in Canada I'm going to
call ATI - but I doubt anyone's home on Saturday.
