I have a 4 Pin Svid to rca (composite) adapter plugged into the svid
out on my ATI 9600 PRO. The tv picture always has diagnal lines that
run thru the picture the lines also move at a constant speed. I dont
know how else to describe it except the picture quality is not that
great. Is this a 4 pin problem where i would need a 7 pin like the
card outputs... or is this a problem where i would have to install
some sort of resistors in the wire (signal conversion problem). Ati
freakin wants $15 for thier converter of which $10 is shipping... the
part is small enough that they could slap a 27 cent stamp on it and it
would arrive just fine. I am not too down with ordering their part.

thanks

also have the same problem with digital lines running from
bottom to top @ a constant rate, I think it happened after
I changed my failed PSU!

What PSU have u installed? just out of interest.

I sorted my problem out, I'm using a RCA video lead instead of the svhs lead
(4pin din)
and have it connected to my TV with a scart plug at the back instead of the
svhs socket at
the front..... the lines have gone :-)

Getting a 7 pin lead won't help you, 4 pins is ok with TV OUT
What connection are you using for the TV?
