also get 'No TV Tuner' but what good is that? It becomes a TV Guide and not
like the other ATI TV cards I have. Did your card come with Beyond TV
software? If so do you still have to use it to access the TV?
Thank you for your help.

your question was you wanted to uninstall BeyondTV and still use
GuidePlus+ to get listings. After reading your other post, do you
want to use the X850XT as your main TV card?? Can you be a little
more specific as to what you're trying to accomplish? I'll help if I
can.
Crowder said:OK, sorry for the confusion. I have a system with the XTASY PCIe graphics
card that does not have the video input and TV so I installed XTASY PCI 550
that comes with Beyond TV. I want to remove the Beyond TV and use the ATI TV
card(550 Theater PCI) with perhaps MMC and GuidePlus.

Louie said:Crowder, I apologize also. <g> AFAIK GuidePlus should work with
your 550 Theater PCI. My main box has ATI AIW 9800 Pro and
GuidePlus+ came bundled with it. If by chance it won't work, I sure
somebody in the group will let us know. I see no reason why it won't
work though, I don't think it matters to GuidePlus+ which TV tuner it
uses. HTH
