The name and the PR rating. Clock-for-clock there's very little difference
(if any) between the two, as long as they're running on the same FSB. The PR
numbers are simply inflated with the Sempron range as they are supposed to
be in competition with the Celeron's rather than P4's. Sempron is the new
Duron.
