Athlon 64 Temps

Just a wee quick question about S939 Athlon 64`s (90nm.) What are considered high temps for them at both idle and load? Am thinking that 90nm procs might not be able to deal with heat as well as 130nm ones. Also, online reviews of A64 coolers are listing temps that are a fair bit higher than mine and consider them ok. Kinda re-assuring, but I wanna be sure.

err, don't it have the 'new' heat-spreader.

The Max Temp is 70'C
