Athlon 64 Revision E - Worth waiting for?

Are the new Athlon 64 Revision E cpu's worth waiting for,I'm planning on
getting a new system and saw that they'll be available in early May,the
difference in cost is only about $20 over present models.I know they have a
new set of instuctions involving multimedia software,what's the end benefit
for users?
 
I would wait! There are supposed to be some improvements with the new
revision.
