Rick

do they even make memory with fancy lights on it?
(hmmm.. that would definitely be interesting... but i'd suppose the heat on
the memory sticks wouldn't be very good for the fancy lights...)

I pulled my hair out too...so much to choose from!

Deciding on the kind of overclock you desire is what will lead to the
RAM you need.

Try http://www.anandtech.com/memory/
Check the article: "making hay with Athlon 64", they highly recommend
the OCZ 3700EB memory (which I believe is the coveted "Winbond BH5"
memory). Then again, they also praise the corsair 2-2-2-5 memory:

hexus also praised the corsair 2-2-2-5 ram:

Corsair typically has at least three models: black or platnium heat
spreader, than the pricey "pro" models with the activity lights.

So...if you want a large overclock, say 100MHz and up, it seems the
OCZ is a popular choice, if you want great performance at stock speeds
and at mild overclocks, read up on the corsair 2-2-2-5. See, the
memory designed to run on a blazing overclocked system do not like low
latencies, so you need to understand the kind of overclock you desire
then choose your RAM accordingly.

Only one place to go for memory IMHO, www.crucial.com

Ok, I went with Crucial! I'll see how things run and then, I can always
upgrade! Something to dream about! Thanks All!
