AT command not working

I'm getting this error message when I create AT commands
(both in AT and WINAT):
source: schedule
"the at5.job command failed to start due to the following
error: Logon failure: unknown username or bad password"

I created these AT jobs from scratch when logged in as
the Administrator account. When using WINAT the green
arrow is there telling me it's submitted properly. I then
come back a few days later and I get a red "X" and this
event in the Event Viewer.

any help would be great. Thanks. :)

What account is the Schedule service using.
If not the System account, is the password correct.
