At a Glance Time

Hello experts,

I am using Outlook 2007 on an XP machine. Everything seems to be working
great. But, I have one question that would be a tremendous help if it's
possible.

This is on the Calendar. I always use my Calendar in "MONTH" view.

I have all my meetings set in to their days. When I look at the Calendar, it
shows a little bit of the title of each meeting. This is fine. But, what I
would *like* to see is the TIME for each of those meetings. For example, if I
have 3 meetings today. At a glance, I can see the title for each one, but
nothing "at-a-glance" for what time each one is at. I have to either manually
mouse-over to see the tool-tip or actually open the meeting up (or switch to
Day view).

Since this is a tedious task, I thought I would check with any of you
experts to see if there's a way to "show" the time at-a-glance in that Month
view.

Thanks,
avi

Whether or not the start time shows is dependant on the width of the cells
which are controlled by the width of the calendar. Slide the to-do bar or
navigation pane outward or minimize one or the other. (Alt+F1 and Alt+F2
will toggle between off, on, and minimized or use the >> and << icons on the
top of the panes.)

End time is optional - right click on the calendar and choose Other settings
to enable it. Like start time, it only shows if there is enough room for at
least 8 characters in the appointment subject.
