Are any other users out there having difficulty in navigating the ASUS
Support Downloads area using Mozilla Firefox 1.04? After choosing, for
example, Motherboard from the Select Product drop down, it is very slow
to complete the request. IE is much quicker.

Comments or suggestions?

I just tried to go to the Asus (North American) download and support pages
just for the sake of seeing if I would have the same problem as you did.
Instead I got a "Service not available" message. This happened on both
Firefox and IE.

I have never had any problems with the site using various versions of
Firefox and Mozilla.

I too have found that I have to use my Firefox Extension "View Page in IE".
This pisses me off. These Web page writers and admins need to get off of
their asses and start recognizing FF as a leading browser.

You need to complain to the webadmin. Every time I run into a site that
does not work properly with FF, I let the web admin know with an email that
I request that they fix the problem and that they look into the importance
of FF in the web browser world.

If enough people write emails, angy, courteous, whatever, they might get
the message! I HATE IE!!!
