I spoke to Tech Support first, support suggested that I do a RMA, they gave
me a ticket number. I had to call a different telephone number, they
requested the ticket number for the RMA. I received offical RMA doc and
number by email.
I still haven't sent in the board yet...I'm looking at minmum of three
weeks!!! I ordered a new board until the old one get fixed....I couldn't go
that long with out a computer!!..
