Hello
I want to buy graphic card Asus Radeon HD3450 512MB /64bit/ DVI/HDMI
(AGP). But specification claims that it require AGPx8. But on my
motherboard I have only AGPx4 (Abit KT7A). Phisically my AGPx4 port is
compatibile with Asus Radeon HD3450 512MB /64bit/ DVI/HDMI (AGP). But I
dont known about electricity issues. Are there any chances that will be
work?

Google "asus hd 3450 agp4x support". I believe it would work!

Also find and read the manual of the display card in Asus' website!

I haven't tried but should be able to find most DPF manual these day. But
I don't think the manual will answer your question, so I would Google for
the answer from end user instead.

Typically an AGP 8x card will work in an AGP 4x slot. I have had,
though, a motherboard (PC Chips) that would not take an AGP 8x card,
even those designed to step down to AGP 4x.

I forgot that I have a Radeon X1300 that worked both in 8x and 4x mode! :)
