have following problem
just bought 2.4D celeron ( 533 Mhz FSB)
Have AsUS P4sgx-mx board after install the CPU machine starts
but does not boot.
ASUS verifies support of 533 FSB - can anyone point me to a
site for advice?

The above list indicates your board supports the older Celeron
product, not the Prescott CeleronD that you have purchased. Your
processor is 90nm Prescott based, and probably needs Asus to
update CPU support in the BIOS to work. In the list above, you
can see P4 FSB400, P4 FSB533, mostly 0.13u Northwood types. No FSB800
Northwoods, and no 90nm Prescott family. This means you have to be
very careful when shopping, as Prescott based products will be
pushed by Intel. After all, when the fab at Intel changes over to
90nm, they will want to push as much product through that process
as possible.
Prescott draws more power, and Vcore regulator design requirements
are different for Prescott. This is one reason more processors won't
get listed above.
To see what boards support your 2.4D/FSB533, you can use the
cpusupport page and select "CPU Name".
