Hi,
I was hoping for some help on what kind of hard drive to switch to on
my MB, right now I have an IDE setup for master and slave and I want to
get a new hard drive and I am confused on what kind to get, meaning
another ide or I see this motherboard supports something called
ultradma 66 and ultradma 100. I see at the store they have something
called serial and ultra ata, but I confused. Can someone point me in
the right direction, my goal is to upgrade from windows 98 to xp with
the new harddrive in.

IIRC the A7V133 doesn't have SATA support, so you want any old kind of
IDE/P(arallel)ATA drive, unless you also plan to add a SATA controller
to a PCI slot (probably not worth it, unless you plan to use the SATA
drive on some future system).

UDMA 66, UDMA100 and UDMA 133 (also known as ATA66, ATA100, etc) are all
backwards/forwards compatible .. the drive will just run at the lower of
whatever the drive speed is rated at and what the motherboard end can
support. You won't detect any difference anyway.
