Hi all
I just got the Asus EAH 3870 about a week ago. The day I got it I played
Bioshock
at a clock speed of 777MHz with no problem. But when I tried CoD 4 I had to
crank
it down to 620MHz before it would even play. So I played it for about 10-15
min
then shut my computer off.
The next day I get a warning that the VGA chipset overheated.
And now I can't play CoD4 at all.
All I get is (iw3mp.exe stopped working) messege
Did I cook something?

Yes. You broke it.

Update;
My video card was NOT broke.
It was VISTA!!

Had to start a new user profile to play Cod4. (F#$king VISTA!!)

One more thing.
The ASUS EAH 3870 card can be overclocked to 840MHz. So I was not even
pushing it.
