When i rebuilt my pc on the weekend i downloaded firefox as my prefered browser.
The default setting always comes up as firefox but is named www.astromenda.com
Is this an offshoot or firefox's eqivalant of google search engine?
I ask as BitDefender is not liking it and keeps alerting me?

Sounds way too fishy, BitDefender is correct!

Does it allow you to remove whatever is directing you there?

Seems to be off now i have run all the removal tools from your link.

I'm very fussy about what i download & always check no "free" nasty's are added.
