Assistant Field in Outlook Address Book

Where does the "Assistant" field in the OAB get populated? Everything else
has a field in the users AD Account, but I can't find Assistant.
 
Looking at an AD schema, I see a field for Assistant named... Assistant
 
Even with View-Advanced Options I don't see that in the users object.
I do see the attribute in the schema. Does it have to be done directly using
ADSI Edit?
