assign task will get simply email.

we are 2 persons using new to outlook 2007

i want to assign a task to another user as Task Request
he will get simply email, there is no accept or reject...

we are connected with exchange server 2003
with all service pack(recent)

so what is the problem, help me out...
any setting we missed out....
