Thanks for your quick reply. It works (of course).
But still: can the trick be done like in
- Word (in dialog Tools-Customize-Keyboard; Category Macros and then assign
a shortcut key to a macro)
- Excel (in dialog Tools-Macro-Macros; select a macro and then [Options]
or even in Access
- create macro container AutoKeys and assign procedure to e.g. macro name ^a
Perhaps Outlook has no option to do so but I want to be sure.

Follow the instructions at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/toolbar.htm#macro to add a macro to the
toolbar, then give it an Alt+ accelerator key by putting an ampersand & in
front of the accelerator character.
