Hi,

This is the brief. We want to have all users who are on one particular
Exchange 2003 box to have read-only access to all other users calendars on
that same Exchange Server.

We don't want to use the Outlook Delegates option simply due to the large
number of people involved. How can we do this? Some guided links or
instructions would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. However is this not just for Public Folders? I want
to give everyone on the one server access to all others users private
calendars. Read-only permission required.

Thanks again and sorry if I'm being dumb.

Diane,

On further investigation, I did find that I can indeed modify the
permissions to Calendars for all users on the one server. However, I can only
add the Everyone group to give reviewer. The permissions should be for just
the people on that server and not all the people in the Exchange org.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

You should check with the exchange experts in the exchange newsgroups on
this server, they would be more familiar with this type of situation

Diane,

In the end, I created a group and was then able to assign read-only
permissions to everyones calendar using PFDAVADMIN.

Thanks for your help in this matter.
