Assign Printers to User groups through AD or group policy

Is there a way to assign printers from a print server to
specific users or computers without manually installing
them across the enterprise? Or is there a way to move
printers from one print server to another so that
individual print installs would not need to be done?

Write a logon script incorporating the printui.dll command and assign it
with Group Policy.
