I use my PC for internet, video and audio, not for games.

Asrock is a solid board but it isn't as fast as the Asus so benchmark
wise, you'll lose a few points.

if you read the technical description, both are quite similar. So, what
is the explanation of the difference of performances ?
BIOS : ami, award ? acpi ? this is the only difference I have noticed.
