Hi, I'd like to create a search engine like google. What should I
use, asp.net 1.1 or asp.net 2.0 framework? Thank you.

I would suggest ASP.Net 2.0 :-)
 
it doesn't matter. the pages to display the results are pretty simple.
the crawlers and the results database are where all the work is.
