Asp with IIS error

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is
80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has
insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure
that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on
the installation directory allow access to the configured account.

I get this error everytime i try to run the asp page. I have pulled
this error from the event viewer. My website is just 2 pages one for
logging in and another with nothing on. I have set the administration
to internet access and setup a user. When i try and access my login
page unavaible sever error pops up.

For future reference, this has nothing to do with C#. Your question would
have been more appropriate in an ASP.NET or IIS group.
