What error message are you getting?
By "stopped working" you mean what????????

It is no longer connected to stepsreport.mdb in fpdb.

How do you know this?????
My server guy says asp
forms do not work and are not supported by microsoft.

Your server guy is mistaken

Best to you.....

The form works (displays) on the screen as it should do. (IE 6.0 XP Service
Pack 2).

Is it when you submit the data that the form mucks up?

Did you do the connection via the Database connection wizard/Results wizard
in Frontpage?

Is the global.asa file on your server (this contains the connection info to
the database).

The ASP forms *should* work, especially on a Windows Server with ASP enabled
and if the form is created in MS Frontpage (or even if it wasn't). As long
as the script/code is sound and correct, there shouldn't be any trouble.

Not necessarily. For example, many hosts support both Unix and Windows. If
his web site was moved to a Unix server, that would do it, as Unix doesn't
(natively) support ASP.

True.... I made the assumption that since it had been working using access
it must have been on a windows server.

Of course you know what making assumptions makes you! < g >
