You can create a free account at Code Project. This is well worth it.
This is my favorite place to go to find source code projects for
ASP.NET and C# in general (they also have VB.NET and many other
languages). Most of their projects come with articles and they have
downloads for the source and demo projects. Code Project also has a
good newletter they email to you about once a week that talks about
their newest postings.

Also, Dave Wanta sends out a free email several times a week with lots
of good links:
