ASP.NET webservice error handling problem

hi, can someone help me post a new thread... i'm a new member and when i'm trying to post a thread a message pops up that sez: waiting confirmation of account.... waaaaaaaaaaa. anyway can you guys help me by posting a thread for me. it's about : (ASP.NET webservice error handling. Problem: integer inputs only are allowed. requirement: Not using Validation of control in the process.)
i'll just reply to that thread so it'll work like i posted it. if there will be answers, i'll respond to them thanx in advance.
