ASP.NET validation controls do NOT WORK! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have a C# application that has several forms that use the asp.net
form validation controls. When we use them on our development site
runnings windows server 2003, the work fine


BUT

when we take the controls to production on a windows server 2003 WEB
EDITION box, the controls no longer work.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and what to do to get
around it?

What type of error are you getting, or are you even getting an error? Since
I don't have much to go by, try this command

aspnet_regiis.exe -i
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tr...aspnetiisregistrationtoolaspnet_regiisexe.asp

That will do alot, most importantly it will add a directory aspnet_client to
your wwwroot to enable client-size validation, if the browser supports it.
