ASP.Net Not Working on Win2k Server

Hello

Plz help me to Execute ASP.Net Pages on Windows 2000 Server. It is not at
all executing on it.
I have registered ASP.Net with IIS using "aspnet_regiis -i" command, but all
in vain.
Plz help me out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
