Asp.Net Debugging Problem

I am getting following Problem while Debugging Asp.net
application "Unable to Start Debugging Access is denied"

Could anyone guide me to a useful Solution apart of the
Group Membership in Debugger Users Group because I've
already done that.

I think you may be having multiple versions of ASP.NET in
your machine that is causing this problem. If this is the
case try the instrauctions in the following link
