ASP.Net Deadlocks

I keep getting this message in the log on my web server. When it happens the
website will be unavailable for a bit and then things will return to normal.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

ISAPI 'c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll'
reported itself as unhealthy for the following reason: 'Deadlock detected'.

Thanks for the reply Naveen but I don't have any experience in generating
dump files or using the windows debugger. Can you offer some advice in this
regard?

to dump the memory use adplus.vbs (which is part of windows debugger)
adplus.vbs -hang -p<process id>
