ASP in windows 2003

My ASP appilcation was running fine on Windows NT when I migrated to Windows
2003. it became unstable, there is not a logic secuence to reproduce the
error, but suddenly the application starts to get the error below in every
pages:

A ScriptEngine threw exception 'C0000005' in
'IActiveScriptParse:arseScriptText()' from
'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'..

Does anyone know what might be the problem and how van i fix it?
