ASP Application Building s/w - Which?

Hi,

I am pretty new to ASP and I am looking to build a series of simple
forms. Are there any recommended application builders in ASP?

I do not need any database backend, all I want is the information from
the forms to be emailed to be and then to redirect the shopper to a
specific Paypal page for payment. The application is a custom shopping
system and off-the-shelf shopping carts simply are not good enough.

Definition of forms:

The use of text entry, drop down lists and option boxes. I want the
user to be directed to different forms based on the selections they
make within the dropdown lists. I also want each form to remember the
variables of the previous form. That way by the time all the
information is completed and the approiate questions answered in the
forms, all the information will be emailed to me and then redirected
to payment on Paypal.

Can anyone please make a good suggestion?

If you are new to asp.net, you might want to take a look at some of the
starter kits. You can download the source code for these and get an idea of
