ASP and XP Databases

I'm trying to learn asp and I have a basic page that
takes a field from a form and inserts the text into an XP
database.

Yet, everytime I get the error listed below.

Are there special rights that I need to grant myself or
settings that need to be changed in order to solve this
problem?

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft
Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It
is already opened exclusively by another user, or you
need permission to view its data.
/Parking/NameUpdate.asp, line 18

You need to access the page through http (the Internet).
You are probably just opening the .asp file in a browser,
which isn't how it works.

put the .asp file on a web site (www.iquest.net), open the
page with www.iquest.net/Parking/NameUpdate.asp
