I'm creating a simple database with frontpage using access with asp not fp
extentions. I enter the information and click send and it shows a
confirmation page but the info in the access database is blank. Any help
would be appreciated.

Is your site hosted on a Windows IIS web server?

Does it all work when you test it locally?

Where is the database stored and what type of connection are you using?

Is this your own server or a web host?

no. The only thing that works is filling out the form.

right now it is store in a sub folder in the web site. The web server is
one of our own.

You need to set read/write permissions on the folder and database from within IIS MMC.
