For some reason my computer started to ask for the bootable disk and wouldnt
boot w/o it. After i entered the disk and tried to log into windows it asks
me for a password but i never gave one and tried every combination that i
would have used. I tried going in safe mode and followed the directions to
change it however, it tells me windows cant change the password. I also went
to start, run and typed control username2 and unchecked users must enter a
pasword which did not work as well... it also did not show the user name that
needs to be fixed it only shows the adminstrator and owner, I also tried
changing the user name but it comes back sustem cannot find the file
specified. how do i bypass the password in this case? By the way I am
running XP Home.
