Asking for Logon Password and Domain

Logging into Exchange Server 2000 and using Outlook XP. Normally, open up Outlook just fine with no problems. All of a sudden, next time use opens up Outlook, is prompts for Logon, Password and Domain. I've already did a virus scan, etc. This has only happened on 7 systems thus far out of possible hundreds.
 
I too am getting the same error in XP. In fact 2 machines right now
are having the same issue. If you find out a solution, please let me
know... (e-mail address removed)

I had this problem when using BOTH Secure Password Auth(SPA) and SSL. When I
turned SPA off then I stopped getting the prompt.

Check your user's accounts. They may be locked out or the passwords
may have expired.
