1. What internet browser will you recommend? Why and what strong points
they have?

I would like the internet browser:

- use less memory and system resource

- have "tabbed" and "new window" browsing

- can automatically AND correctly choose the display language codes (eg Big5,
ISO, unicode) used in the webpage [NB: IE fails to do so sometimes]

2. Did anyone use Norton SystemWorks 2004 (including:

- AntiVirus,

- Norton Utilities,

- CleanSweep),

-- and also Internet Security 2004?

Do you recommend? (and why?).

you can use mozilla firefox if you want tabbed pages. it can block pop ups
as well. other than that, there is not much difference between ie and
firefox. the only thing why ie seems not to be secure is because of it's
market share.

hope this helps.
