ASF Won't Load into Movie Maker

I took a Video Clip with a Digital Camera, which plays fine in Windows Media
Player, but won't load into Windows Movie Maker. I have uploaded the file to
my webserver for your attention : http://www.headingtonbard.com/snowywny.asf
( 16 mb ) I have tried some Video Converters, some won't load it and others
convert it with serveral frames missing.

Grab the Windows Media Encoder and use that to convert it.
