ASAP! WILL THIS SCRIPT WORK to pick up unfriendly in search engin

need to know asap.
:( will someone be kind enough to answer. thanks :)

will robots pick this up in unfriendly enviorment site that needs to be
scripted friendly url's. Have had big issue with how to satisfy google.
looking for easiest visual way i can understand. I have to get site going.
Budget is busting out its seams, so wondering if this would work in beginning
for me.

is this script ok for a text sitemap?

David, it's spam. You can tell by the URL. He wants to trick people
into clicking on the link. The spammer posted only for the purpose of
getting his link published on the multiple sites that will publish it.

Please don't respond to spam or duplicate spammers' links when you do
respond.
