Outlook shows "\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" as free/busy in nearly all the users/recource
calender after November 30th 2005. At some users/recource calender the
problem starts on Januray 1st 2006 or April 1st 2006. At about 10
users/recource calender do not have this problem but most user accounts of
them was created within the last 2 years.

We are using Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 Server SP 4 and Outlook 2000
SP 3 on Windows 2000 Professional SP 4.

what is the time frame for users to publish free/busy? Default is just 2
months. See tools, options, calendar, free/busy.

The time frame is the default value. We changed it to 3 or 4 months but the
problem is the same.

Had the same problem. After updateing the timeframe to 4 months I
turned off Cached Exchange Mode and did a send/recieve. Tried
scheduling again 15min later and it showed the status of that user.
Outlook can take up to 24 hours to update when in Cached Exchange Mode.
