Anyone know where I can get one of these ISA CAD cards? (or an equivalent
that will run the assembler written for it?). Any tech specs for the card
would also be gratefully received.

Ebay, and computer scrapyards.

A quick google search finds very few references at all to the card, so
I suppose they're very, very rare. There's also a very good chance that
scrappers may not know exactly what it is. So here's a search for "ISA
video card" on ebay.

You can request Items through EBAY, and see if anyone wants to sell it
to you.

You may wish to contact computer recyclers directly, as well, and let
them know what you're looking for. Or else they're liable to break the
gold off the card for metal recovery.
