I am using Windows XP. If one of the users on my
PC 'switches user', when the next user logs in an 'Artic
Remote access Trojan' warning pops up. This only happens
when other users are logged in.
What is causing this to occur? I always delete the Trojan
and have run scans on all users to eliminate any issues.

Remove the Rundll16.exe key in the registry located at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Which can
be done with regedit or any other registry editing program.
Reboot the computer or close Rundll16.exe.
Delete the trojan file Rundll16.exe in the windows directory
In Microsoft AntiSpyware, from the Tools menu, send a suspected spyware
report.

It a result of the lack of support of multiple users.
The current release is only an updated version of the
original single-user app that Giant Company originally
developed. You can ignore these warnings, as long as
they are not being generated when logged into the
administrator account that installed the application.
