arrow selector in datasheet view?

Hi everyone.
I'm using a form with two subforms: one in datasheet view and the other one
showing some related info regarding the current record in the datasheet (kind
of like a split view).

Problem: if my datasheet doesn't have the focus, there's no way I can tell
which is the current record.

In Access 2003 and earlier we had that arrow which, although not great
looking, was very helpful in this scenario.
Access 2007 has no more record selector in datasheet view.
It only has that color marker when you're on the line.

Any idea if I can put that arrow back in (an option somewhere) or if there's
any other elegant way to emphasize the current line?
Thansk!

You can use a continues form in place of a datasheet, and you get the arrow
selector back.

However, the "whole row" should highlight as you navigate up/down..and for
most people this is easier to see then that arrow.

In addition to the "whole row', is the record select is highlighted as
orange for me. So, I get a highlighted record selection in orange, and the
whole row shows up as a light blue. so, between these two visual cues, I get
considerable MORE visual cues in 2007 then you did in the past...

Thanks Albert.
My datasheet formatting was alredy based on shades of blue (in alternating
colors)so I couldn't see the soft-blue highlighting of the current line.
I've changed the datasheet format to lighter colors and now yes, you're right.
Is there any way I can change this highlighting color on the current row?
This would solve my problem.

By the way, changing to continuous forms is definitely not an option :).
Thanks again!
Florin
