Frustrated Perx

My computer will either randomly and without warning,
restart itself or cut to a blue error screen with the
words "IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL" . I've taken it into
my dealer and they can't even get it to do it. I've
changed the power supply and it's still doing it and I
don't know why! Has this happened to anyone else, or can
someone tell me what's wrong or how to fix it? Please and
thank you VERY much!!
 
Make sure that you are using the latest drivers for your hardware - video
card, soundcard etc - something is probably trying to get to an unavailable
memory address.
