Sitting on the bed just after having a bath, moved round & my back goes.
Managed after 30 mins to get up & sit in the computer chair that offers more back support.
Feel like i've been kicked in the back!!

Ouch :( Good job you were in the house when it happened!

So sorry to hear that Feckit, I hope it will begin to improve very soon, because I know from experience how jolly painful it can be

A few pain killers, some deep heat type spray & sleeping on the floor worked.
Back now not so sore, but going to take it easy for next day or so.

Good to hear you're on the mend :)

In 1979 I picked up a heavy weight the wrong way (bent at the waist) and my back went, couldn't walk right for a month. Remember it well, it was an X-Ray set I picked up at the British Gas Depot on the Isle Of Grain.

In early '85 it came back to haunt me with a vengenance. Couldn't walk at all for four weeks, scared the hell out of me. Saw specialists everywhere, saw masseuses, got x-rayed, all sorts - nobody could find anything wrong

So yes, I know how painful that can be feckit. I've been alright since, touch wood ;)

I'm impressed that you made it to the computer chair , now thats dedication . Glad your on the mend .
