Arrange options missing in my documents

Using Xp pro
with all udates and service packs installed and
when i right click in my Documents
i only get the option to arange by either name or size
not by type or date does anyone know why these settings
would disapeer or how ot re-instate them?

dont woryr i fixed it under the file menu and view
selsect details

Just put your mouse at the top and drag the items you can see to the left, until you have made room for Date to become visible.
